Accepting These Terms

By creating an account or placing a bet on 3bdd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the binding agreement between you and 3bdd for every interaction on our platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue using 3bdd. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records. Your continued use of the site after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

Who Can Open an Account

You may register with 3bdd only if all of the following conditions are true:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close relative of a 3bdd employee.

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. If we find that an underage person has opened an account, we will close it immediately and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether created with a different phone number, email, or payment method — will be closed. Any balances or bonuses in duplicate accounts are forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid phone number when registering. The name on your account must match the name on your bKash, Nagad, or bank account, because we send payouts to that same person. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure.

Account Security

Keep your password private. 3bdd will never ask for your password over chat or email. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at [email protected] right away. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you report a breach to us.

General Bonus Rules

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games on 3bdd are provided by licensed suppliers including Playtech, Evolution, PG Soft, FA Chai, and JDB. Each game operates under the rules set by that provider. Where a dispute arises from a game outcome, the provider's certified server logs are the definitive record.

Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a network issue on your end, the round will be settled based on the server state at the time of disconnection. If the interruption is on our side, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

3bdd does not offer credit. You can only bet with funds already in your wallet. We may impose temporary or permanent stake limits on any account if we identify problem-gambling behaviour.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We must verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are:

Account Closure & Suspension

Playing Responsibly

Our Liability to You

3bdd provides the platform and games on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime. We will communicate planned outages via site notice or email where possible.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network failures, or regulatory actions. Our liability for any verified platform error is limited to the direct loss of the wager affected — we do not pay out hypothetical winnings from incorrectly displayed odds or game errors.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We update these Terms when our products change, when regulations require it, or when we identify a gap that needs clarifying. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

For material changes — such as changes to wagering requirements or withdrawal limits — we will send a notification to your registered email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
